Account deletion
Understand what permanent deletion means before deciding.
Self-service deletion is currently unavailable.
Normal-user account deletion is disabled during this beta. This page cannot verify an account, accept a deletion request, or start deletion.
For privacy or account questions, email admin@strawberrypopstudios.com. A support email does not automatically submit or execute a deletion request. Never send your password or verification codes.
What deletion will do when available
Deletion is permanent. Once processing completes, identifying account and profile data will be removed, private user media will be removed, and the authentication identity will be deleted last.
What a surviving partner may keep
A surviving partner may retain minimal, non-identifying shared history. This is not a copy of your account or private media. When the final member deletes their account, the survivor archive is purged.
Processing and operational records
Deletion may take time. Once the feature is enabled, accepted requests will retry automatically when a processing step cannot finish. Completed operational deletion identifiers are retained for 30 days.
Verification will be required
The future flow will require fresh account verification before a request can be accepted. There is no deletion form to complete today.
